Ron’s background was Psychology and Statistics, but later returned to his passion–Design. He founded RAU Design at Benham Gallery in 2008. RAU Design has since serviced local small businesses, providing professional brand experience solutions.

Ally Chen

Co-owner and Project Manager

Ally had been in the paper industry and now she makes sure our work exceeds your expectations. She leads a team of creatives and web professionals. She can speak Mandarin and Cantonese–feel free to start the conversation with “Ni hao” or “Lei ho”!

Noel Lam

UX Researcher and Designer

Noel has a Master’s degree in Industrial and Strategic Design and International Design Business Management from Aalto University (Helsinki, Finland). Her passion is creating meaningful and thoughtful designs that connect users in an emotional level.

Steve Mapua

SEO Engineer

Steve began building and optimizing websites in 1995, long before the term Search Engine Optimization (SEO) was coined. He has seen the changing search landscape and the evolution of different search engines. He brings a mathematical approach that is unique in the field. Using advanced statistical analysis Steve has back engineered relevance calculations allowing us to rank content with precision. There isn’t an SEO question he can’t answer.
